  I have been a loyal customer of Miranda’s House Cleaning for about 2 years and have never been disappointed. They are punctual, attention detailed, thorough and easy to communicate with. They have been coming to clean my 2 bed 2 bath house and have always left the place spotless. Miranda’s House Cleaning also goes the extra mile whether it be folding and styling blankets, making tissue boxes look fancy and even making designs on toilet paper you would find in a luxury hotel. Are you insured?

Yes, we are a fully licensed and insured cleaning company in Arizona. When you hire us, you can feel confident that your property is in safe hands.

Do you provide all the tools and cleaning products?

Yes, we bring all the necessary cleaning supplies and equipment with us on every visit. All you have to do is schedule your cleaning and we’ll take care of the rest.

Note: We do not provide products for restocking Airbnbs and offices. However, we will notify you when inventory is low.

Can you use cleaning products that customers provide?

Of course! It’s your home, and we can use any cleaning products you prefer.

Will the same team come each time?

While there may be some variation depending on your requested cleaning schedule, we always try to ensure consistency with the date, time, and team assigned to service you.

Do I have to be present during the cleaning?

You can be present if you wish, but it’s not necessary. Many of our clients provide us with a key or access code, allowing us to clean at a convenient time for them without disrupting their schedules.

How far in advance do I need to schedule my cleaning service?

Due to high demand, we typically schedule cleanings 5-7 days in advance. If you need an urgent cleaning, please contact us and we will do our best to provide service within 24 hours.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, checks, Zelle, debit cards, and credit cards.

What if I need to reschedule or cancel my service?

Just give us a call or send us a text to change or cancel your appointment. We require 24-hour notice before your scheduled appointment or a $50 cancellation fee will be charged to the credit card on file.
